Are you Man Enough to Wear a Watch?

Being employed in a major company, you’ll probably be dealing with VPs and foreign delegates. Not only your educational and work credentials but how and what you wear indicates professionalism. Young employees or interns are often inspired with glittery suits and wearable accessories especially wristwatch which is truly a sight for sore eyes. You may even daydream of being like them; attending an international seminar wearing Patek or Audemars but your salary, age and experience are biggest obstructions.

When something like this happens to a professional workman, what about the kid walking into your class from the first day and seeing someone with a watch worth monthly house rent! Is it really OK for young man or teenager to wear a really expensive watch? Well, yes as long as he’s not too much adventurous or careless. Just the feel of Swiss manufactured, platinum strap timepiece on a wrist takes you on a rollercoaster ride into world of possibilities. Whatever you do, don’t let it overpower you as a person, an employee and a man!

What’s the Appropriate Time to Wear a Nice Watch?
Lucky graduates, especially males are bestowed by a fine wristwatch as a gift from parents or grandparents on graduation day. Still, just because you now own a latest model from let’s say Gucci watches don’t mean taking it off is a sin. In-fact, you’re better off without it while attending public occasions or any sports activity.

Wearing a highly expensive timepiece to the office being just a young analyst will only antagonize fellow worker and maybe your employers. You’re simply making them jealous and prompting everyone to think how you can even afford such a luxury with an insignificant wage! In the end, you’ll be considered more of an outsider and a spoiled brat whom nobody actually likes.

When will you be a Man?
If you’re thinking over the same question, there’s no simple answer however age of 25 is considered ideal as most men are married and even have children. But if someone already amassed handsome income before the age while bearing home rent and utilities, no one dares to knock you for wearing a top-quality watch. In-fact, you might be looked upon as an inspiration but don’t let any of this get to your head!

How You Classify a “Nice Watch”?
Speaking honestly, definition of a luxury watch remains murky with so many competing brands out there but it costs somewhere above $7,000 boasting in-house movement. Majority of exclusive watches comes from Switzerland but the mere definition of “luxury” differs between friends, family and social groups. Comparing brands like IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Patek Philippe or A. Lange & Sohne, all are super luxurious men’s watches but the first two aren’t praised too much.

Rolex: Evergreen & Everyone’s Favourite!
From two years old to a full grown adult, Rolex is entirely a different breed! It’s a luxury brand that has released more or less a million timepieces and each is highly esteemed. Wearing a Rolex to office being under the age of 30 is just asking for trouble. Make it a vintage if you really want to wear it while both new and traditional pieces are sold for the same price, even if they lack lustre.

Now, read again and determine whether you’re man enough to wear luxury watches or not!

Is in-house Copywriting Better Than Outsourcing Copywriting?

When you setup a company that has higher goals to achieve, you must not leave any air sacks that if gets punctured, you’re stuck. Not having an in house translator or a copywriter are the air sacks. A copywriter is one of the strongest edge of a company that delivers your vision to your audiences and if you lack in it, you can’t reach the right audience. Even if you do, you might not convince them to try you as a brand. I’ve been in this field for over twenty years and I’m on a verge where I could stand hard and say, “in-house copywriting is what you need to narrate your true identity” Here I don’t mean to worry companies lacking in-house copywriters, if you don’t need them much, you don’t really need them but if you think you want your content to be edited every now and then, you must think to hire in-house copywriters.

What goes wrong with outsourcing copywriting is, you are not sure whether the outsourced material would meet your mark or not? If not, you’ll the company to revise it, that’s a definite loss of time –and time is money of course!

Secondly, your corporate tone is valued, you never know your material for audience has that or not. Compromising on your company tone, stature and corporate could ruin your overall outlook. Being a prestigious company, you can’t linger with outdated content, scripts and profiles. To keep it constantly updated, you must have a team of in house copywriters and translators in Dubai to work on it regularly roll it up on regular basis.

Apart from jokes, outsourcing is way too expensive rather than keeping in house copywriters or translators who are able to translate English to French. Moreover, you could hire a person who’s a multi task and could handle more than one language. While having in-house copywriters, you can tailor made your content and could experience new heights of diversity. Parallel to this, you can step into the digital world and could excel your growth within social media platforms. Entering into the digital world would enable you to reach your audiences within no time.

To outreach your audiences globally, you must have your content written in different languages, for each piece you have to pay thousands of dollars, isn’t this lame? Why not hire specialized content writers, copywriters and translators to get the best pieces developed right under your nose. If you have a consistent pace of work regarding copywriting, go for building up your own team. This way your company portfolio will show higher company employees and this would automatically boost your market presence and credibility.
Last but not the least, having everything done within your own company enhances your company reputation in dealing with translation services. You could be a benchmark for others rather than having others as your benchmark. Have your say and make it your own way – you are different!

Read this article to know more about why hiring in house copywriters or translators are a better move than outsourcing copywriting.
